This one-to-one experience is for CEOs and senior executives serious about taking their leadership to the next level.

It can get lonely at the top and a skilled confidential sounding board can be hard to find, especially when you’re wrestling to become the leader you know your organisation and people need and deserve. Given the demands on both your time and energy, despite your desire, keeping your own leadership learning and evolution front and centre can be challenging.

The precise outcomes will differ depending on the needs of each participant, but typically include greater clarity about your desired impact and legacy, renewed enthusiasm for and focus on levelling up, and creating new behaviours and habits to ensure you make the best use of yourself and your talents. For every leader, we strive to ensure doing this work will be life changing.

Who

Level UP has been meticulously designed to meet the needs and practical reality of those at senior levels. It is intended for use by CEOs and executives who need to pause and take stock of where they are at in life and leadership. We provide a safe space to explore your thinking, performance, and goals.

Why

Executives are most at risk of failure in the first 18 months in a new role and are increasingly prone to complacency the longer they stay. This is exacerbated when leaders are called to respond to changing  contexts and increasing demands, manage difficult teams and do so with inadequate support. Those that succeed and flourish, proactively prioritise their development and reach out to those who are skilled enough to help them. 

How

Level Up has been deliberately designed to ensure you make the greatest progress over a short time. It includes:

  • A tailored reflective diagnostic to identify your Level UP opportunity

  • A 30-minute intake call. This call may also include a sponsoring board member or manager

  • A written Level UP Pact clarifying our understanding, what evidence of your success looks like, the objectives for the experience, and your commitment to do the work

  • Introduction to a proven process for regular reflection that will be used as the basis for conversations and learning

  • A 75-minute deep dive followed by two 45-minute sessions in-person or online spaced 3-4 weeks apart

  • Additional access via email and phone as required while we work together

  • Curated recommended reading, viewing, and listening tailored to your objectives

  • A copy of Anne’s book Growing a Great Leadership Career: How to stand out for all the right reasons

  • A 45-minute final review, revisiting original objectives, drawing together insights and learning, and agreeing commitments and support sources going forward

  • An end-of-experience confidential Level UP ‘Report Card’ summarising strengths, successes and growth, as well as areas and suggestions for ongoing development
