We do not offer traditional coaching. Our experience over many years working with smart, talented people has enabled us to craft one-to-one experiences with life changing potential.
Our approach is different because we focus on:
Guiding not coaching
We will not endlessly ask you questions and wait for you to come up with the answers. Part mentor, part guide, part sounding board, our role as trusted advisors go beyond the realms of traditional coaching. We won’t just ask, we will also tell. But be assured, what we say stays between us.
Who and why, not what and how
Those we work with are more than able to figure out what to do and how to achieve it once they’ve set their minds on something. Instead, we focus on the two things that really are life changing for leaders: who they want to be as leaders (identity) and why this matters (purpose).
Short, sharp, focused interventions
Busy people want answers and they want to see progress quickly. The design of our one-to-one experiences ensures this is exactly what happens. It is also why it’s unlikely that except in exceptional circumstances we’ll still be working together six months after we start.
Commitment, not accountability
We are not here to hold you to account. That is your job. We will, however, do everything we can to help you develop the insight, rituals and habits that enable sustainable change and keep you focused on the reasons you committed to one-to-one coaching in the first place.
