Team Development Facilitation

At any one time, Anne works with a handful of senior teams. Drawing on the journey outlined in her recent book Lead with Collaborative Intelligence: how to do remarkable things together, Anne works with CEOs, GMs and their teams to enable them to develop their individual and collective skills so they truly work collaboratively and realise the value and joy of true teamwork.

Anne moves between the roles of facilitator, thinking partner, and coach to help individuals and teams see and realise their potential. Rather than a one-hit workshop Anne works with teams over a period of months, helping them develop the disciplines of collaborative leadership. This enables those at the top to unlock collective intelligence, foster belonging and craft a culture of learning.

Unlike Anne’s leadership programmes, these interventions are weighted heavily towards facilitating the conversations teams need to have. The focus can range from building and deepening trust in new or fractured teams to developing a disciplined approach to decision-making, to exploring and implementing processes for individual and shared accountability.
